Service agreements


Any delivery from HS News Systems includes a service agreement where we plan regular service visits. During the visits, a thorough review of all hardware equipment is performed, a report is written and necessary orders and replacements are made. This contributes to maximum system uptime, minimal unnecessary wear and long product lifetime.

Remote Access (VPN)

We provide machines and systems with VPN access, allowing us a simple and secure remote connection with each and every one of our systems. For customers, this means quick troubleshooting and problem solving. 


On-site support

In some cases there may be need for on-site visits to correct errors, and through service offices in Norway, Germany, England and Canada we can ensure available staff with short response time at all time.
